I am obsessed with plants. If you need any reassurance, look here or here. While moving all of the things out of my old room and into my new one, I came across a ton of pictures that I had previously printed out but went unused. I grabbed up some of those pictures, some magazine clippings of flowers and a few of my favorite embellishments and went to work. Those square buttons from Stampin’ Up are a particular favorite on this page. I remember the day I went to buy those huge planters with the vegetables in them, it was pouring, so the wellies came in super handy. Even though I was forced to do my planting in the garage, it was still the perfect day and I so enjoyed every second of the choosing, buying, and planting process.
This page includes a lot of my favorite embellishments that I really just had no place for – I mean that look at that little bird bookmark. Finally, I just wrapped it up with a quote that summarizes my love for planting with some calligraphy-style writing going on!
I love that this project is helping me get out of my comfort zone. Not sure if I would have tried anything like this before. BUT that being said, I just know that I love adding photos to each week’s pages, so you’ll probably be seeing a little of that each week. Check out 001, 002, 003!
