It feels a bit anticlimactic, ya know? You go to school literally your whole life and then here we are – last semester. Got
all dressed up in my first day of school clothes out of bed and drove to campus, like I do every other day. So far, my classes haven’t been too crazy. Two are sophomore level classes (praise the Lord for general education requirements) and the other two are senior level. I’m only taking 12 hours this semester, which will help significantly with the work load.
I am lucky this semester to have a three day weekend, if you want to call it that. I’m sure homework/studying will still be a thing and of course there is work, which I am still loving. But I’ll have three days off class and that will be a bit of a change…I’ll let you know how it goes after this weekend.
I am also lucky enough to have a 15 minute walk that needs to be less than 10 minutes long. Twice a week. Talk about being late to class (and counting it as a work out)!
All jokes aside though, I am super excited for what I am studying and learning this semester. It’s a great feeling to be buying books that I am actually interested in reading, regardless of needing to for a class. And honestly I never thought that would happen!
Here’s to four more months that will probably only feel like one!
