Half-Marathon Challenge

Recently, I decided that I want to run a half-marathon-by the first weekend in April. I started training this week, giving me 24 whole weeks until race day. Needless to say, I am pretty stoked but also nervous. Lately, I have been trying to find places to run that can be lengthened when I need to increase my distance so that I am not running around in circles. I found a really great place that is going to work well for the shorter (under 4 mile) runs. It is a beautiful trail and it always seems like I am running at just the right time because it is always so pretty. And someone like me can’t really pass up pretty without snapping a photo (or seven), now can I?







So maybe I got carried away, but I love it. A perfect reason to run and to carry my iPhone while doing so.
